Looking to fortify my book collection with the latest and greatest.

Hello, friends.

I am looking to get some new hard copy books. The techniques I am interested in follow. Looking for the latest, and greatest.

1. Hearth breads sourdough or commercial yeast

2. Enriched breads and laminated dough

The photo is my attempt at Bennies,  Newfoundland savory & Pepper dinner rolls. Many misques, but they tuned out okay for the first test. Check out my amateurish blog post for the 411. Thanks for your suggestions.

Kind regards,

Will Falzon.

Hi Will! I'm sure others will give you many great suggestions of the 'regular' sort - wheat focused etc.

To complement these I would highly recommend 'The Rye Baker' by Stanley Ginsburg. It complements the wheat books and adds some nice diversity. Only if you like the taste of rye though, I guess :)
